At Audrey Jewelry we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand that there may be rare occasions when things just don’t work out. All purchases may be returned in 14 days for store credit or in exchange for other merchandise upon approval.  We do not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged during shipment. 

All merchandise must be received back in its original form and original packaging with tags attached. Jewelry must not be worn, altered, or damaged.  Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment and does not include original shipping and handling costs.

Items sold at discounted prices are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.  Discounted sales are final.

Please note:  We will gladly send additional photographs and offer FaceTime shopping so that you may examine your choices thoroughly before purchasing.  We love happy customers!

Need to return or exchange an item? 

Should you wish to return an item please send an email to info@audrey-jewelry.com to gain approval.  Upon approval we will email a form to complete and return with the item.  Returns must be shipped using a trackable service.
